I personally switch myself off to messages and means that do not sound authentic, and therefore authenticity also becomes the key ingredient of ‘Personalisation’ in Marketing. And we all know that personalised messaging and means gets attention and engagement like no other.

Authenticity also creates a positive edge for your business in this information-age where Buyer (rightly so) wants a complete control of the buying cycle and the information he/she consumes. So, Authenticity helps you build trust with your prospect and helps cut the clutter.

So, the question arises — What can businesses do to build authenticity in their messaging and means to reach their customers?
